TECHNICAL MANAGER - TECHNICAL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Define program scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at leadership and executive levels.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track program progress, budgets, and resource utilization; ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and compliance standards.
• Facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks across teams.
• Mentor project managers and delivery leads; promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1215 years of overall experience with 5+ years in Program Management / Large-scale Delivery roles.
• Software Development Experience is Required, someone who spent 2-3 years of experience in early part of their career.
• Strong understanding of project and program management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, distributed teams, and complex dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (including leadership and C-suite interaction).
• Strong risk management, planning, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
