Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
- Define program scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.
- Drive program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at leadership and executive levels.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track program progress, budgets, and resource utilization; ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks across teams.
- Mentor project managers and delivery leads; promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
