The ServiceNow Platform Governance Manager is responsible for defining and enforcing governance frameworks that ensure the ServiceNow platform delivers a seamless, user-centric experience. Total Experience 12 to 15 years - relevant experience 10 to 12 Years Develop and maintain governance policies, standards, and best practices for the ServiceNow platform. Define taxonomy and information architecture for the ServiceNow portal to ensure clarity and consistency. Define and implement knowledge management and content strategies. Champion the knowledge management for digital services. Provide the strategy to create knowledge centered services and bring it to life. Govern content lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, and retirement. Ensure content aligns with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management processes (incident, problem, change, request). Collaborate with process owners to maintain consistency
