Position Overview / Purpose
Responsible for transition and project delivery within Lenovo SAP Managed Services. Ensures on-time project execution, budget control, and technical coordination across SAP, Infra, and Cloud domains.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare project charters, scope documents and detailed implementation plans. Manage SAP migration programs (ERP to S/4 HANA, on-prem to Azure or AWS). Track milestones, dependencies, budget and resource allocation.Coordinate cross-functional teams SAP Basis, DBA, Infra, and Cloud Ops.Drive risk management, issue resolution and stakeholder communication. Conduct weekly governance meetings and status reports for internal and customer teams. Ensure project deliverables meet Lenovo quality and security standards. Support transition to steady-state managed operations post project closure. Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
Core Technical Expertise Required
SAP migration and implementation methodologies (SUM/DMO/SWPM).
Azure/AWS deployment automation (ARM Templates, Terraform).
Understanding of SAP Basis, HANA DB, network and security concepts.
Experience with ServiceNow and project reporting tools like Power BI and MS Project.
Certifications / Preferred Training
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP/Cloud PM cert
Experience Competencies
12+ years experience in SAP Infra or Cloud program management.
