Technical Manager

The Technical Manager is responsible for leading technical operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient maintenance and service in the automobile/mechanical sector. The role involves supervising technical staff, managing diagnostics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise technical operations in the workshop or service center.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and automotive issues effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all technical operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in the automobile industry, focusing on technical operations.
