  • Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Title: Application Tech Support Practitioner

Job Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be the key interface between clients and the Microsoft Teams Infrastructure system. Utilizing your deep product knowledge and exceptional communication skills, you will define client issues, design effective solutions, and ensure the seamless operation of systems. Your expertise in system support will contribute to the continued success of our service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
  • Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Provide solutions to work-related issues, addressing both technical and application challenges.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving system/application-related problems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and provide optimal solutions.
  • Interpret and analyze client issues to design and implement effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and technologies to offer expert-level support.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and documentation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of system support principles and best practices.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system or application-related issues.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and incident management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and address client issues and provide solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
  • This position is based at our Nagpur office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
