Manage integrations of ERP, CRM, and other digital platforms to enhance user experience. Oversee the smooth functioning of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and University Management Systems (UMS).
Responsibilities
- Handle API connections, system updates, and technical troubleshooting across portals.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and backup processes for all learner and administrative systems.
- Collaborate with academic and IT teams to deploy new features and digital learning tools.
- Evaluate and recommend system enhancements for improved automation and reporting.
- Technical proficiency in educational technology platforms and ERP environments required.
