This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager based in Noida. The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, preparing detailed technical reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and meeting client requirements effectively. The role requires strategic problem-solving and the ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals while maintaining operational excellence.

• Strong technical skills in project management, planning, and execution.
• Proficiency in analyzing and preparing technical documentation such as Valuation and Lender's Engineer Reports.
• Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to oversee and guide teams efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of real estate industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in managing large-scale projects or real estate risk management is highly desirable.
