Roles & responsibilities:
- Plan and manage battery R&D projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, distribute work, and track progress to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Support teams in solving technical issues related to cell design, materials, processes, and battery performance.
- Drive development and optimization of materials, processes, and designs to improve performance, reliability, safety, and cost.
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, test reports, and project summaries.
- Identify patentable innovations and coordinate with IP/legal teams for drafting and filing patents.
What we look for:
- Graduate from (IIT/NIT) from Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Science/Electrical/Electronics engineering
- With 2-4 years of experience
