Technical Manager- CPA Inspection

Responsibilities:

• Identify skill gaps of field inspectors and provide targeted training based on company requirements
• Act as a point of contact for inspectors, resolving day-to-day queries and ensuring alignment with Assurance Control Book (ACB) guidelines
• Prepare and manage a Monthly Training Calendar
• Maintain and monitor training records through the Eurofins Academy or other internal systems
• Serve as a CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) Auditor to ensure ongoing process improvements
• Validate tools and calibration checklists on a monthly basis
• Maintain accurate quality and training records for each inspector
• Submit monthly CIP process reports to management in a timely and accurate manner
• Work actively to reduce claims by addressing root causes and training gaps
• Support the quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate in Textiles
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or training within the textile inspection or manufacturing industry
• Understanding of inspection protocols, quality processes, calibration standards, and training frameworks
