Develop and manage on line certification processes, Implementing evaluation process online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all the trainees.
Own implementation and successful execution of all National and Regional level initiatives in the Region
Maintain very cordial relationship with the Business Partners across all levels so that all initiatives get executed and no escalation comes from any level to Max Life
