Job Description

Candidate should have more than 6 years of experience in Facility Management, handling maintenance and engineering teams.
Candidate should have relevant experience specifically in base building operations within a corporate campus environment.
Strong exposure to building compliance activities is required.
Must have experience in managing mandatory statutory documentation and submissions to government departments such as CPCB, KSPCB, KGWA, and BESCOM.
Assist in supervising day-to-day technical maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across facility operations.
Ensure timely renewal of AMCs, monitor preventive maintenance of all equipment, and minimize breakdown calls for critical equipment.
