About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Staff Engineer with strong expertise in Golang and DevOps to build and operate secure, scalable, and highperformance cloudnative platforms. The role demands ownership of code quality, performance, security, and production reliability.
Responsibilities
Golang / Backend Engineering
- Design and develop highperformance backend services in Golang
- Write clean, efficient, and idiomatic Go code
- Design concurrent systems using goroutines, channels, and worker pools
- Implement robust error handling, retries, timeouts, and graceful degradation
- Perform CPU and memory profiling using pprof and Go tracing tools
- Debug and resolve complex production issues
- Build and maintain REST & gRPC APIs
- Write unit, integration, and performance tests
- Enforce coding standards via reviews and design discussions
Security & Authentication
- Design and implement secure authentication and authorization frameworks
- Handson experience with: JWT, OAuth2 / OIDC, SAMLbased SSO
- Implement RBAC, token validation, and secure session handling
- Follow secure coding and vulnerability mitigation practices
- Experience integrating with Identity Providers (IdPs)
DevOps
- Build, deploy, and automate CI/CD for microservices on Kubernetes platforms
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Harness
- Containerization using Docker
- Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers
Databases & Messaging
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Redis
- NATS / RabbitMQ
Qualifications
10+ years of total industry experience, 5+ years of strong Golang development, 5+ years in Developer / DevOps roles.
