TECHNICAL LEAD - LEAD

• Full Stack Lead with 8 to 11 Years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest API, AWS, and React or Angular.
• Good in building and scaling backend systems, ideally in cloud-first or SaaS environments.
• Frontend Proficiency: Skilled in JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• System Design: Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and asynchronous architectures.
• Cloud & Kubernetes: Hands-on experience deploying services on AWS with Kubernetes.
• CI/CD & Monitoring: Familiar with pipelines, version control workflows, and production-grade monitoring.
• GenAI Usage: Comfortable embedding GenAI tools into the development workflow.
• Cloud Optimization: Deep understanding of AWS security, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design and build scalable, reliable backend systems and services.
• Architecture Ownership: Lead decisions across distributed services, APIs, and asynchronous workflows.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage services in AWS using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, frontend, and data teams to deliver robust engineering solutions.
• GenAI Integration: Use GenAI tools for prototyping, debugging, documentation, and decision-making.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct deep technical reviews, mentor engineers, and lead code reviews.
• Engineering Excellence: Ensure high standards in performance, reliability, testing, and observability.
