Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery across design, development, implementation, and deployment phases.
Architect scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to development teams.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using best engineering practices.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security guidelines.
Identify system bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and recommend improvements.
Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency.
Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking within agile delivery frameworks.
Evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to support continuous innovation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and modern development frameworks.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
