Job Description: Feedzai Migration Technical Lead/Principal Architect:
SAS FM to Feedzai Migration This role requires deep expertise in fraud risk systems, enterprise architecture, large-scale banking integrations, and platform modernization.
This role drives architecture, solution design, feature engineering strategy, rule migration, and delivery execution. To collaborate with fraud SMEs, data science, platform engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure a safe, accurate, and efficient transition to Feedzai.
This position requires deep technical expertise, payments/fraud domain mastery, and the ability to lead large, multi-stream teams in high-stakes environments.
Required Expertise
- Experience should have 12 to 18 years.
- Has led Fraud/AML platform migrations .
- Proven hands-on architecture experience in Feedzai migration programs.
- Deep knowledge of real-time fraud detection frameworks.
- Microservices & event-driven architecture design.
- Strong expertise in: Kafka, REST / Open API / Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong data modelling & analytical background.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end to end migration roadmap from legacy fraud system (SAS FM) to Feedzai.
- Perform architect assessment & target-state design.
- Define high availability, scalable architecture for real-time fraud monitoring.
- Ensure align with enterprise security & compliance frame works.
Platform & Integration Leadership
- Design real-time transaction data ingestion architecture.
- Lead API first integrations with: Core Banking Systems, Card Processors, Payment Switches, AML / KYC platform.
- Deep hands-on experience in Kafka, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems .
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java or Go.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native deployments.
Model & Rule Modernization
- Define strategy for rule conversion & optimization.
- Oversee model validation, threshold calibration & fraud strategy tuning.
- Drive parallel run & performance benchmarking strategy.
ISO Expertise
- Fraud analytics & Model Governance.
- Hybrid Cloud Architecture.
- DevSecOps for high-risk platform.
Certifications (Added Advantage)
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) .
- Fraud/AML certifications (CAMS, CFE, CFCS) .
- Feedzai product certifications (if applicable) .
- Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD).
