Required Skills / Experience /Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology (or equivalent) or related work experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification ( Valid certification is mandatory)
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, deployment, and administration
  • Relevant experience in ServiceNow configuration & administration with Strong understanding of ServiceNow Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages
  • Expertise with Web technologies such as SOAP, WSDL, REST, JavaScript, XML, HTML, JSON, PowerShell, AngularJS, LDAP, MS AD.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITOM.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience with Service Portal and Automations across the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, Platform Analytics and external reporting tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Domo).
  • Experience with CMDB, and integration with other external modules
  • Solid team player with a can do attitude
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to contribute to and lead projects following Agile methodology
  • Process and detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to deliver solutions to improve and automate complex and/or critical business processes
  • Strong professional and interpersonal skills including: creative problem solving, effective written and verbal communications, planned and organized coordination of cross functional teams, acute attention to detail and quality, and driven with the ability to self-manage.
  • Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary
  • Ability to multi-task across project/initiatives and deliver according to time commitments and manage competing priorities across project and operational assignments
  • Combined features of Team Player and ability to manage and prioritize numerous competing initiatives of varying complexity with minimal supervision
  • Must be a self-starter and keen to explore new solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
  • Past training and certifications are preferred
