Technical Lead

We are a fast-growing start-up building [your product or problem statement]. We're looking for an Engineering Lead who can both build and lead — someone who is excited to own the architecture, ship fast, and guide a small team as we scale. If you enjoy solving complex problems, experimenting quickly, and getting features from idea → shipped → improved, you'll love working with us.

What You'll Do

• Own the tech roadmap and make core architectural decisions for backend, frontend, and DevOps.
• Be hands-on: design and build backend services in Python, scalable APIs, and data models (MongoDB / SQL / NoSQL).
• Work closely with the frontend team and contribute to our React codebase when needed.
• Lead and mentor a small, sharp engineering team — code reviews, pairing, guidance.
• Ship fast, iterate fast, and maintain a balance between short-term speed and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate directly with Founders, Design, and Product on what to build, why, and how.

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of experience building products end-to-end.
• Strong backend fundamentals in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
• Experience with MongoDB and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL systems
• Solid understanding of React, modern JS tooling, and API/frontend integration.
• Experience in microservices, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• A start-up mindset — you're hands-on, scrappy, and take ownership without waiting for instructions.
