Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
• Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements and new builds.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of Salesforce applications.
• Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends, recommending strategic adoption.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and expertise on complex issues.

Must Haves

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge
• Hands-on Experience in Agentforce POCs
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies
• Clouds : Sales, Service , Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II
