Strong hands-on experience on C#.NET RESTful APIs, HTTP status codes, and API gateways. Working Knowledge of Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and API diagnostic tools to understand system behaviors and troubleshoot effectively. Experience with incident management processes, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), and root-cause analysis. Work closely with Dev teams to support incident analysis and provide required diagnostics. Serve as the first responder for API-related incidents, performing initial triage and detailed log analysis. Track and analyze API telemetry, failures, performance issues, latency trends, and error patterns. Communicate incident status, impacts, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
