Hands on experience on Common rail system integration or Engine calibration or ATS calibration or Battery system integration for mobility application.
Knowledge on Homologation requirements of Generators / vehicles.
Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realise the required product functionality feature with Quality , Cost and Time.
Releasing all technical specification to suppliers for components/systems.
Validating the components by making proper test cases in both component and application level so as to give issue free product to customer.
Meeting the cost targets specified without compromising quality of the product and also bringing out some cost effective solution through VAVE or equivalent activities.
Knowledge on Field failure & analysis: Analysing on field reported concerns and giving solution to reduce/eliminate it and also capturing that particular issue in upcoming products.
Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of components.
Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,7 QC toolsDesign Reviews & Project management.
Should have Moderate knowledge on DFA,DFS, QFD, APQP, PPAP, GD&T.
Partnering with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology and Production to deliver successful plant trials and technology projects.
Providing subject matter expertise to guide NPI (new product introduction) and PIM (product information management) design, scale-up and implementation.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and coordination capabilities, supported by a proactive mindset, enthusiasm and the ability to foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
