As a Technical Lead, you will:
- Architect and implement GenAI-powered applications using the latest AI models and frameworks.
- Drive innovation by building scalable, production-grade AI systems from the ground up.
- Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve in LLM advancements, prompt engineering, and guardrail development for responsible AI deployment.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and NLP.
- Proven expertise in Python, LLM development, and agent-based AI systems.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Deep understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and data pipeline development.
- Proficiency in generative modeling (GANs, VAEs, Transformers).
- Strong skills in prompt engineering and LLM guardrail implementation.
- Experience integrating RDBMS, NoSQL (MarkLogic), and Elasticsearch.
- Preferably from a Pharma R&D background.
- Passion for mentoring and staying updated with the latest in GenAI and LLM technologies.
