Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects with 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Experience working in external code bases or transitioning project ownership.
- Experience building teams from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team both as a manager and technical contributor. Drive product improvements and campaigns that are focused on promoting Android devices on Google Play.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Drive technical direction and strategy for the team, aligning with overall device business goals.
- Design and execute campaigns to offer devices to specific users driving device business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, UX, go-to-market, etc.) to define and implement product strategy.
