Technical Lead - BIM, Water, REC

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for water, drainage, and utilities infrastructure projects.
• Prepare general arrangement drawings, plan and profile layouts, and setting-out drawings for urban and rural drainage systems.
• Support creation of BIM-ready models, including setup of libraries, components, and drainage utility elements.
• Work on gravity sewers, rising mains, pumping stations, and emergency storage systems for wastewater and recycled water networks.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate drafting and design delivery.
• Ensure technical correctness, compliance with project standards, and timely delivery of all drawings and documentation.
• Support and mentor drafting team members in completing complex technical tasks.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables, following company procedures and project requirements.
• Contribute to model coordination and design integration using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley OpenRoads.
• Assist in drainage design development and support engineering teams with drafting inputs.
• Work effectively in fast-paced project environments with changing deadlines and priorities.
