Technical Lead and Scrum Master

What you will do

• Lead the software development team in the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Mentor team members in best practices for Agile methodologies and software development.
• Drive continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development and delivery.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of projects.

What we look for

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Proven experience in leading software projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with programming languages and technologies relevant to the project.
• Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies is a plus.
