Job Description

Duties & responsibilities

To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at Client site with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.

Timely closure of Work orders through corrigo .

Manage M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.

Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.

Establish contacts with local authorities /landlord on the facility related issues and maintain the relationship.

Responsible for all legal & authorities related compliances pertaining to facility & engineering systems.

Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.

Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility.

Responsible for planning a critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturers recommendations and inventory.

Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules and shutdowns in consultation with Clients / OEMs.

Periodically inspect the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for a better management of Engineering systems.

Work towards the ZERO down time and set up the practices to ensure the delivery of seamless service to Clients.

Responsible for ensuring landlords compliance on availability of all statutory obligations such as CEIG, Fire, Lift, Explosives, and stability certificate.

L ead implementation of Sustainability /HSSE initiatives in the site.

Assist in Risk assessment and closure of Open points

Incident management .

Train Vendors and the site team in implementing EHS /HSSE requirements .

Conduct Annual Shutdown activity Programme along with the Site team

Conduct Snagging and assist the project in de Snagging

Participate in the IST programme for the new Project

Maintain ing all the Tools and tackles and attic stocks electrical, Plumbing etc.

Timely Tracking and closure of all the statutory c ompliance s .

Performance objectives

To manage day-to-day critical and non-critical operations at client location

Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts.

Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Technical Lead .

Key skills

BE /Diploma Electrical / Mechanical Engineering .

Contract a dministration experience of 3- 5yrs or more required.

Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
