Technical Architect - Network & Security

Role Responsibilities:

1. Proactively monitor and investigate Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments.
2. Identify issues, apply troubleshooting steps, and implement solutions.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and support troubleshooting with third-party vendors.
4. Maintain process compliance by tracking tickets, ensuring SLA adherence, and updating them regularly.

Job Requirements:

1. Any Graduate (Engineering / Science).
2. Certifications in Windows Server Administration, VMware, or Virtualization Fundamentals.
3. Expertise in antivirus management, system troubleshooting, and patching.
4. Proficiency in clustering, kernel patching, and automation scripting.
