Role: Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Gurugram/ Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance transformation and automation: Collaborate with FaaS team and look out for opportunities that can be automated with the help automation tool.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and maintaining strong relationships
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical and functional deliverables
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through regular reviews and adherence to standards
- System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up to date with FAO tech stacks updates and collaborate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide insights to support financial decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure that BlackLine usage adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Develop collaborative relationships with partnering teams and stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, MIS or IT
- 10+ years Accounting or Finance Experience
- Background in financial close process optimization/continuous improvement
- Experience leading implementations of ERP and finance applications.
- Expertise in process analysis and redesign of business processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with sensitivity to timeframes, budgets and outcomes across multiple clients and projects
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized/focused in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with competing demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BlackLine/ERP/EPM Implementation Certified Consultant
- Experience with automation by leveraging tools i.e., Gen AI, Agentic AI, Alteryx, PowerBI
- Experience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm or other professional services environment
- Experience in an outsourced accounting role
- CA, CPA, MBA Finance
