Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end delivery, support, and optimization of enterprise eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B), along with hands-on experience in architecture, development, and production support.
Key Responsibilities- Design, architect, and deliver scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce (SFCC) solutions
- Lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration across eCommerce platforms
- Manage L2/L3 support, incident management, and production stability
- Handle escalations, SLA adherence, and ITIL-based service processes
- Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions
- Lead technical design sessions, solution architecture, and code reviews
- Oversee integrations with CMS, PIM, DAM, ERP, and third-party systems
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release management
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and cross-functional units
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of Commerce Cloud solutions
- Mentor teams and provide technical leadership across projects
Required Skills- Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Apex, APIs, integrations, and Lightning platform
- Experience in SFCC B2B, CMS, PIM, DAM, ERP integrations
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and eCommerce ecosystems
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and incident handling
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform Developer / Architect)
- Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
