Role Overview
As a Facilities / Technical Coordinator, you will provide
onsite technical and facilities support, ensuring smooth daily operations, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine site inspections and monitor critical technical systems
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet SLAs and KPIs
- Support minor administrative tasks, front desk coordination, and housekeeping
- Assist with vendor sourcing, budgeting, and service coordination
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management procedures
- Support emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and business continuity plans
What We're Looking For
- Degree or qualification in Engineering / Technical Services
- 2–3 years experience in facilities or technical coordination
- Knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and safety standards
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
