Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training content.
Reviewing training materials to ensure they meet quality standards and are effective in achieving learning objectives.
Gathering feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Maintaining the Knowledge Base site (SharePoint) to keep the training content accessible and up to date.

What You ll Need:
Proficiency in presentation creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) and enterprise content management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles and practices across various disciplines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
Ability to create and edit multimedia content including presentations, charts, graphics, videos, voiceovers, and animations.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
