Sr IT Analyst, Legal Apps

Key Deliverables:

• Oversee the maintenance, updates, and enhancements of HRIS applications.
• Integrate HRIS with payroll, attendance, and talent systems ensuring data consistency.
• Provide technical support and training to HR and IT teams.
• Ensure CMDB accuracy and compliance with data privacy and security laws.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and enforce service level agreements.
• Conduct system audits and resolve integration or technical issues.
