Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and client-focused Technical Business Analyst who can drive both pre-sales and post-sales engagements within an IT Services environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Digital Transformation and AI-driven initiatives, along with excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills. This role bridges business needs and technical execution from solution discovery and proposal creation to requirement documentation and project delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and digital goals
  • Conduct discovery sessions and requirement gathering workshops
  • Translate business requirements into solution concepts (Digital, AI, Automation, Cloud, etc.)
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
  • Solution Proposals
  • Scope & Effort Estimations (with technical teams)
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and proposal submissions
  • Work closely with Sales and Solution Architects during client presentations
  • Lead detailed requirement gathering and stakeholder interviews
  • Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use case documentation
  • Define acceptance criteria and functional specifications
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support UAT planning, test case validation, and sign-offs
  • Ensure scope clarity and manage requirement changes
  • Monitor deliverables to align with business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Services organization
  • Strong exposure to:
  • Digital Transformation Projects
  • Digital Product / Platform Solutions
  • AI / ML-based Solutions (chatbots, automation, predictive analytics, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in pre-sales support and client-facing engagements
  • Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Process Flows)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or similar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
