Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and gather business requirements from stakeholders
• Convert requirements into clear functional and technical documentation
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
• Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams
• Analyze APIs, system integrations, and data flow
• Perform basic data analysis using SQL
• Support testing (UAT), validate outputs, and track defects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.)
• Ensure requirements are properly implemented and delivered

Required Skills

• Strong experience in business analysis (5+ years)
• Good understanding of APIs, JSON, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with SQL (basic to intermediate level)
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
