Technical Business Analyst IT Projects

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will work closely with clients and internal development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The ideal candidate will translate client requirements into clear functional specifications and support the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.

Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders

Prepare and maintain documentation such as SRS, functional specifications, and user stories

Translate business requirements into clear specifications for development teams

Define acceptance criteria and test cases for new features or enhancements

Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly

Support API and integration documentation where required

Identify potential gaps in requirements and propose improvements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst

Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation (SRS, BRD, user stories)

Understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile / Scrum)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Postman, Swagger, or similar

Exposure to cloud-based systems or microservices architecture
