Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Golang Architect with a strong background in enterprise application development and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems.

This role requires deep expertise in Golang, AWS cloud services, microservices architecture, and modern backend development practices, along with a solid understanding of application performance and system design.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Golang Architect with strong expertise in AWS to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. The candidate will lead architecture decisions, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Golang
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Define system architecture, technical strategies, and best practices
• Lead and mentor development teams
• Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and other stakeholders
• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications
• Drive code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang
• Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, etc.)
• Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
