We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Architect with deep expertise in T24 (TAFJ R20+) to drive architecture, design, and implementation of scalable banking solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing robust systems, leading technical teams, and ensuring high performance, security, and integration across banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design for T24 / TAFJ R20+ implementations
- Define and implement COB and Services Framework strategies
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance banking solutions
- Drive cloud-native deployments using Kubernetes and Docker
- Design and implement integration frameworks and APIs
- Ensure system performance optimization, scalability, and security compliance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending, and Financial Inclusion domains
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across development teams
- Support upgrade, migration, and modernization initiatives
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in T24 / TAFJ R20+ (COB & Services Framework)
- Expertise in architecture design
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and API design
- Experience in performance tuning and security best practices
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in upgrade and migration strategies
- Strong documentation and architecture governance skills
