Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead architecture for enterprise-level Java applications.

Define and implement scalable, secure microservice-based solutions.

Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams.

Review designs, code, and performance; ensure best practices.

Mentor and guide development teams.

Integrate Java systems with APIs, databases, and cloud services.

Strong leadership, mentoring, communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.

Solid understanding of design patterns, architecture principles, and scalability.

Database skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL, Hibernate/JPA).

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare or insurance domain.

Experience in legacy systems modernization (e.g., migrating from monolith to microservices).
