Job Description

Working experience across the financial or banking sector for at least 10 years in roles relevant to the understanding and management of an asset management architecture.
Knowledgeable in Cloud services including Databases (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL), Caching, Object and Block Storage, Scaling, Load Balancers, Networking etc.
Work across Asset Management to review requirements, ensuring fit for purpose solutions with high levels of security, scalability, and performance.
Drive the next phase of our enterprise architecture and data architecture. Ensure the architecture of solutions is aligned to business and IT requirements
Experience of Architecture patterns such as event driven design, microservices, data mesh etc. Understanding of security best practices, including encryption, firewalls, and identity management
Proven development experience including engineering best practices
Play a part in the wider collective management of technology. Based on significant relevant industry experience, develop the architecture agenda and help to drive simplification, efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain high-level design documents, architectural standards, and other technical documentation
aware of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts
