Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Head to lead end-to-end technical functions and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will drive product development, streamline processes, ensure quality compliance, and build scalable systems from the ground up. This role requires a strong leader with a hands-on approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product design and development of valves, fittings, and manifolds
Manage Bill of Materials (BOM), costing, and cost optimization strategies
Develop and maintain a strong vendor network and procurement processes
Establish and implement QA/QC systems to ensure product quality and compliance
Handle certifications and regulatory requirements (ISO, EIL, etc.)
Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and system implementation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Build and mentor high-performing technical and operations teams
Key Skills Expertise
Strong knowledge of product engineering and manufacturing processes
Expertise in BOM management, costing, and vendor development
In-depth understanding of QA/QC standards and certification processes
Proven ability to build systems and processes from scratch
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Hands-on approach with strong execution capability
Preferred Profile
Experience in engineering/manufacturing industries (valves, fittings, or similar products)
Strong technical background with operational leadership exposure
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
