Role Overview:
We are looking for a Manager – Technical Implementation to lead and scale our enterprise implementation function.
This role goes beyond individual delivery. You will manage a team of Implementation Specialists, own large enterprise deployments, standardize execution processes, and act as the technical escalation point during onboarding.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless go-lives and faster time-to-value for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Technical Implementation Specialists, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and deployment across enterprise clients.
- Act as a senior techno-functional consultant, advising clients on optimal implementation strategies for both SaaS and On-Premise deployments.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise implementations—from planning through go-live—ensuring minimal time-to-value and high product adoption.
- Provide expertise in system architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise infrastructure to handle complex implementation scenarios.
- Oversee and review client configurations, workflows, and deployment architecture to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to APIs, integrations, deployment environments, and infrastructure.
- Guide teams and clients on modern deployment practices, including containers, orchestration platforms, and enterprise hosting environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
- Identify implementation risks, technical dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively, and drive mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical, consulting, and client-handling capabilities.
- Standardize implementation frameworks, playbooks, and documentation to improve execution efficiency and scalability.
- Engage with enterprise stakeholders (technical teams, business leaders, and sponsors) to ensure strong communication and successful delivery.
- Gather and translate structured client feedback into actionable product and process improvements.
- Support enterprise deployments (including BFSI/fintech clients), ensuring compliance with infrastructure, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel to client locations during critical phases to support high-impact implementations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in On-prem product implementation, solution engineering, or technical consulting roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing teams or leading enterprise projects.
- Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must : Good to have development experience in ReST APIs, JavaScript and JSON/XML data structure.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and deployment workflows is preferred.
- Understanding of infrastructure components - databases, queues, api gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred.
- Experience working with BFSI / fintech clients is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is strongly preferable.
- Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployment.
