Main Technology: SAFe, SCRUM, Agile framework, Kanban methodology
Mandatory Skills:
- Expert knowledge on Agile tools e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and DevOps
- Expert experience working in a SAFe context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Optional Skills:
- Manage complex challenges to coach problem solving and significantly improve and change methods and techniques in processes and systems.
- Exercise change management to pursue known or unknown solutions and implement solutions in areas that can be both willing and unwilling to implement the change.
- Ensure learning and continuous improvement in Agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) as well as secure training.
Role Description:
- Expert knowledge on Agile principles, methodology and events
- Expert facilitation skills combined with knowledge on team dynamic.
- Expert in driving the continuous improvement and scaling of the Agile methods, tools and processes based on learnings captured throughout the organisation
- Expert experience in applying organisational agility.
- Capable of handling distributed teams spread geographically - two or more countries in various time zones.
- Experienced in setting up KanBan methodology and training the team to adopt KanBan way of operations management.
- Preferred certification in KanBan and training experience
- Preferred certification in SAFe/Agile/Scrum who can deliver introductory to advanced courses and course curriculum.
Train the organization on Agile mindset, values, and methodologies as well as role model techniques and behaviors
- Role model and seek to anchor Agile mindset, culture and ways of working in the Agile teams, ARTs, Business Owners, Lighthouses, Executives and with other relevant stakeholders.
- Execute trainings and workshops to enhance knowledge on the Agile values and ways of working.
- Drive and support the Agile mindset across the organisation.
- Help identify and mobilise Communities of Practice.
Coach and mentor, all agile roles, teams and ARTs across the global organization (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Teams etc.).
- Coach teams, Agile Release Trains and other stakeholders through adaptation of Agile practices
- Strive for standard SAFe but with a pragmatic touch.
- Apply knowledge on Agile Quality processes and technical agility.
- Anchor agile culture and ways of working in the teams, Agile Release Trains and with other relevant stakeholders.
- Produce and share ingenious knowledge in a variety of channels.
Drive continuous improvement and scaling of the agile methods, tools and processes based on learnings captured in the Teams/Agile Release Trains.
- Ongoing evaluation of the Agile implementation across the organization and implementation of changes and new initiatives
- Active participation in the LACE to evolve the Agile methodologies.
- Escalate issues and raise concerns regarding progress as and when necessary to ensure traction.
Influence leadership to drive change and enable the organization to move quicker.
- Proactively guide and advice LoB and IT
- Inspire the organisation to continuously improve operating model
