Job Description

Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum methodologies and values.
Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum processes.
Identify and facilitate the resolution of impediments to team progress.
Protect the team from distractions and mid-sprint change requests.
Coordinate deployment releases and ensure quality standards are met.
Provide ongoing training to new agile coaches and agile team members.
Analyze present-state and facilitate the implementation of future-state approaches.
Monitor team performance, collaborate on process improvements, and track progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Minimum of 6 year of experience in a Scrum Master role.
Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication and servant leadership
