About Krishify

Krishify is an agri-focused enterprise SaaS platform — covering field force automation, farmer engagement, data intelligence and AI automation. Our platform includes a mobile apps, data CRM and AI applications. We are already working with 10+ largest agri enterprises in India and scaling fast.

Role Overview

Krishify is scaling its enterprise client base and the complexity that comes with it — each client runs a unique program configuration, has evolving requirements, and expects fast resolution when something breaks. We need someone who owns the full client operations lifecycle: from onboarding to ongoing delivery, acting as the bridge between our clients and our product team.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new client environments on our enterprise admin platform — module configurations, forms, fields, user hierarchies. No coding required but complex configuration ownership.
  • Map client requirements to existing platform capabilities. Clearly communicate what is live, what needs minimal effort, and what requires new product development — to both the client and the product team.
  • Triage bugs and issues by severity (Tier 1/2/3). Own Tier 1 resolution by coordinating directly with developers. Maintain the SLA dashboard for assigned accounts.
  • Handle custom requirement requests — ask the right questions to sharpen the brief, then coordinate between the client and the product head through to delivery.
  • Own the change log per client — what was promised, delivered, and pending.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–5 years in a B2B SaaS company in an implementation, TAM, or CS engineer role
  • Can configure a complex platform without writing code
  • Strong written communication — requirement briefs must be unambiguous
  • Comfortable talking to enterprise clients and developers in the same day
  • Prior exposure to CRM, or enterprise software is a strong plus

What This Is Not

This is not a relationship management role. You will be in the weeds — configuring, triaging, writing specs. If you need a large support team to operate, this is not the right fit.

₹8–14 LPA depending on experience. As Krishify scales, this role lead
