URGENT REQUIREMENT - TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Job Description
Novastar Expert: You must be the go-to person for NovaLCT, SmartLCT, and V-Can. You will handle all screen mapping and color calibration.
1. Layout Planning: You will design how the screen is wired (pixels and cables) to make sure the picture fits perfectly and nothing is blurry or stretched.
2. Team Allocation: You will manage the crew. You decide which technician or laborer does which task to get the job done efficiently.
3. Supervision: You are responsible for making sure the screen is straight, secure, and finished before the deadline.
4. Technical Skills: You must understand HDMI, SDI, and Fiber signals and be able to follow CAD drawings or floor plans.
5. Safety First: You are responsible for safe power connections and structural stability.
6. Preventive Maintenance: You will check the gear between jobs, fix broken pixels, and replace parts before they fail on a client site.
7. Remote Troubleshooting: You will provide online support for already installed screens. You must be able to quickly tell if a problem is a software glitch or a hardware failure. 8. Email Management: You will handle technical emails to resolve issues. We expect you to close tickets and solve problems in the shortest time possible.
9. Daily Reporting: You will send a daily update on all ongoing or pending issues. We need to know exactly what is fixed and what is still waiting.
