Job Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Service Analyst is a key leader within the Technical Solutions support team, responsible for providing expert-level technical support, performing complex analyses, and developing innovative solutions to address the most challenging hardware, software, and network issues. This role
involves reviewing the work of others, mentoring and guiding junior team members, and leading projects or functional teams. As a trusted expert, the Senior Technical Service Analyst is often sought out for their expertise and leadership, helping to drive continuous improvement across the team.

Core Responsibilities

. Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting and support for the most complex hardware, software, network, and system issues.
. Conduct complex conceptual analyses, using advanced techniques to identify and resolve critical technical problems.
. Develop innovative solutions and approaches to solve complex technical challenges and improve service delivery.
. Review the work performed by other technical analysts, offering feedback, recommendations, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
. Serve as a leader and mentor to less experienced team members, offering coaching, guidance, and expertise to foster their growth and technical development.
. Lead functional or segment teams or projects, overseeing resource allocation, project planning, and task execution.
. Forecast and plan resource requirements, ensuring the team has the tools and capacity to meet organizational demands.
. Provide clear explanations and information on the most complex technical issues, helping to guide decision-making for both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
. Authorize deviations from established standards when appropriate, balancing flexibility with the need to maintain service quality.
. Motivate and inspire the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
. Determine methods and procedures for new assignments, often coordinating the activities of other team members and driving team-wide success.
. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, continuously enhancing your own expertise and contributing to the organization's technical strategy.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree in related field of study
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred
  • 5- 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience troubleshooting complex, high‑impact issues across hardware, software, systems, and networks
  • Ability to perform root‑cause analysis
  • Experience leading projects, initiatives, or functional segments
  • Experience with resource planning, workload forecasting, or prioritization
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
