About The Job:
Voice Operations Engineer will support all in-scope voice technologies, proactively monitoring and quickly responding to hardware, software, and network incidents.
The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and work closely with vendor/contractor partners.
The candidate must provide expert-level troubleshooting and end-to-end support/resolution of service requests.
Essential Job Functions: Incident Management:
Perform resolution for all Cisco Unified Voice infrastructure for all Incidents/Tasks following Ameriprise Service Management processes.
Expert level troubleshooting and analysis for all in-scope technology.
Expert analysis of device, server network performance logs to triage incidents/outages
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering related field; or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Certifications: CCNA-Voice and CCNP Voice.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in configuring, supporting, upgrading below technologies.
