Job Description

Job Role: -Tech Operations Lead Voice Operations Engineer

Job Location: -Noida/Gurgaon

Experience:-6+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Provide end-to-end support for enterprise voice infrastructure.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve voice, network, and hardware incidents.
  • Perform incident, escalation, and SLA management.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and log-based troubleshooting.
  • Manage configurations, upgrades, patches, and backups.
  • Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:-

  • CUCM 12.5: Call routing, dial plans, SIP/H323/MGCP, CTI, media resources (MTP/MRG/MRGL), RTMT, DRS backup.
  • Voice Gateways (ASR/ISR): IOS upgrades, SIP/ISDN debugging, CUBE, DNIS/ANI translation, DSP, telephony services, TFTP, firmware, MOH.
  • Strong expertise in troubleshooting and performance analysis.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in Voice/Unified Communications support.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and upgrades.
  • Preferred: CCNA Voice / CCNP Voice.
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility for rotational shifts.
