Location: Bangalore or Chennai


Work model : Hybrid ( 3 days to office, Associate may need to go 5 days based on the need)


Job Type:  Full Time – Permanent


Responsibilities: 


Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of technical architectures that integrate Salesforce and Zuora platforms. Ensure the solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with business requirements.


Salesforce Development: Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.


Zuora Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and Zuora, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization of customer information, subscriptions, and billing data. 


Subscription Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize subscription management processes using Zuora's capabilities, including product catalog, pricing, and subscription lifecycle management. 


Billing and Invoicing: Implement billing and invoicing solutions within Salesforce and Zuora, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of subscription charges and payments.


 Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and consistency between Salesforce and Zuora platforms through effective data synchronization and data governance.


 Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, conducting code reviews, and guiding best practices.


 Troubleshooting and Support: Address complex technical issues related to Salesforce and Zuora integration, working closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve challenges.


 Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other technology teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver high-quality solutions.


 Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Salesforce and Zuora platforms, identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.


 Documentation: Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation details.


 Requirements:


 Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3-5 years of experience in integrating Salesforce with Zuora.


Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.


 Zuora Knowledge: Strong understanding of Zuora's product offerings, including subscription management, billing, and revenue recognition.


 Integration Experience: Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with Zuora using APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.


Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead a development team, provide technical guidance, and drive best practices.


Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.


Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.


Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.


 Collaboration: A team player with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
