Location :- PAN India

Notice Period :- 0-30 days

Your Role

As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will architect, design, and implement high‑quality, scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. You will play a key leadership role in guiding cross-functional teams, defining best practices, establishing frameworks, and driving end‑to‑end project delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations with best‑in‑class frameworks and development standards.
  • Drive 4–5 full‑cycle Salesforce transformation projects across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Build scalable, high-quality, customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using SOAP/REST and modern web technologies.
  • Ensure optimal performance by understanding and applying Salesforce platform features, limitations, and governor limits.
  • Contribute across the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate in multi‑vendor and dynamic environments, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce capabilities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • Overall 9+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and leadership roles.
  • Experience implementing 4–5 Salesforce projects across different clouds.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Additional capabilities in SFS, CPQ, OMS, and OmniStudio (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, customization, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations (SOAP/REST).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work in complex, multi‑vendor environments and lead high‑performance teams.
